Refund policy
30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order. We accept eligible returns for a change of mind and for damaged, defective or incorrect products. To start a return, email info@urstfathonq.com with your order number, the item being returned and the reason.
Return condition
For a change-of-mind return, the printer must be clean, undamaged and in its original condition, with the accessories and components supplied with it. Opening the box for inspection or a brief setup check does not by itself make the item ineligible. Products showing ongoing use, misuse, unauthorized modification or customer-caused damage are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. Keep the original packaging where possible and pack the item securely.
These condition requirements do not prevent a return for a confirmed fault or damage that was present when the item arrived.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please report damage, quality problems or an incorrect item within 3 calendar days of delivery. Include a description and photos where possible so we can assess the issue. If a fault becomes apparent later, contact us as soon as you discover it. The 3-day reporting request does not replace the 30-day return window or limit rights available under applicable law.
Return procedure
Contact us before sending the item so we can confirm the return instructions and identify the order. For a confirmed quality issue, damage on arrival or an item sent in error, we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange return shipping at our expense. For a change-of-mind return, arrange and pay for return shipping and keep the tracking information.

Return costs
Change of mind: the customer pays return shipping.
Confirmed quality issue, damage on arrival or an incorrect item sent by us: Urstfathonq pays return shipping.
Restocking fee: $0.00. We do not charge a restocking fee.
We do not deduct an outbound standard shipping charge from an approved refund because standard shipping is free.
Refunds
After receiving the return, we inspect it and email you the approval or the reason it does not qualify. Approved refunds cover the amount paid for the returned item and any applicable refundable sales tax. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within a maximum of 5 business days after approval. If your refund has not appeared after that period, email us so we can trace it with the payment provider.
Order cancellation or change requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order. Requests are subject to approval and cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped. For approved cancellations before shipment, we refund the payment collected for the canceled items to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. federal holidays.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To choose a different product, request a return for the original item and place a separate order.
